¼ cup raisins and/or other chopped dried fruits
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1.5 cups plant based milk such as unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
3 cups fresh chopped fruits or frozen mixed berries
Place the dried fruit, oats, and milk in a container. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften. In the morning, mix with fresh chopped fruit or defrosted frozen berries.
